These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AllSilver.in ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By registering an account or using this Platform, you agree to these terms.
AllSilver.in is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform for 925 sterling silver jewellery, intended for jewellery retailers and registered businesses. It is not a direct-to-consumer retail store.
Accounts registered with a valid GST number are approved automatically. Accounts registered without a GST number are subject to manual review and approval by our team before quotation requests can be submitted. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at our discretion.
Labour rates shown on the Platform are visible only to logged-in, approved users and are quoted per gram. Displayed rates do not include the silver metal cost. The prevailing spot rate for 99.99 purity silver is added separately at the time of order confirmation ("rate cut"), at your request. Cash and RTGS/bank transfer rates may differ. Once a rate cut is confirmed, payment is expected within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A quotation request submitted through the Platform is a request for pricing information only and does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on final pricing, typically communicated via WhatsApp or phone.
All products are 925 sterling silver unless stated otherwise. Weights listed are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of jewellery manufacturing. Product photographs are representative; minor variations in finish or design between batches may occur.
Users registered as Business Associates may refer customers to the Platform via a personal referral link. Commission or incentive arrangements for Business Associates are governed separately and communicated directly, not by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Platform is provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to keep product information, stock status, and pricing accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or complete absence of errors, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
The AllSilver.in name, logo, and website content are the property of All Silver and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information AllSilver.in collects, how it's used, and your choices regarding it.
Account information: name, business/company name, mobile number, email address (optional), GST number (optional), address, and city, provided when you register.
Quotation data: details of products and quantities included in quotation requests you submit.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how the Platform is used โ this includes approximate location (city/country level, from IP address), device and browser type, session duration, and which pages and features are used. We do not track admin-side account activity for analytics purposes.
Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and are never visible to us in plain text.
We share data with the following third-party services strictly to operate the Platform:

The Platform is served over HTTPS, and passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
You can review and update most of your account information directly from your dashboard. To request correction or deletion of your data, contact us at the email below โ we'll respond as required under applicable Indian data protection law.
The Platform uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies to distinguish visitor sessions. We do not currently use cookies for advertising purposes.
AllSilver.in is a B2B platform intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individuals under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

If you'd like to delete your AllSilver.in account and associated data, here's how.
Send an email to info@allsilver.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your account (or including your registered mobile number so we can identify your account). Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp using the contact details in the footer below.
Once we process your request, we permanently delete:
Some information may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes โ for example, records of completed transactions, for as long as applicable Indian tax and accounting regulations require.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving them, and will confirm once your data has been removed.
